The start is from the west carpark, Culross, where there are toilets (30p) or contactless with card or phone.
The walk is fairly flat on good paths with some muddy bits in places. We didn’t use poles. The walk is varied with coastal views, birdlife, woodland with snowdrops and some lovely old buildings.
Bessie’s Cafe is shut Tuesdays. The Biscuit and Mercat Cafes are open. Walkers should bring waterproofs, a snack/packed lunch and drink.
The estimated time in the map looks optimistic and will probably take longer.
