Visit to Gardener's Cottage, Dunfermline

Tuesday 21 June - 2:30pm
The next garden visit is to Gardener’s Cottage, Crombie Point, Shore Road, Dunfermline KY12 8LQ.

SURSA first visited this garden 11 years ago when it was known as Southern Hemisphere Botanics Garden. To access it, you park at Torryburn and walk 15 minutes along the shore of the River Forth. This is an easy, flat walk along an attractive road. It is possible for a maximum of two cars to park in the driveway if anyone is keen to go but cannot manage the walk. The distance to Torryburn from Stirling is 19 miles and the journey takes 26 minutes. Car sharing is advised.

The cost of the entrance fee and tea and a scone is £10 payable on the day.

Can you please let Stephanie know as soon as possible, and not later than 13 June, if you would like to come along to this garden. Please also indicate in advance if you need to take advantage of parking in the driveway as Stephanie will have to give notice to the owner.
