Sally Brown will chair the event in Lecture Theatre Cottrell W1 and has written a paper which will be circulated prior the meeting to all who tell us they plan to attend. Sally’s paper is a summary account of both the White Paper published by the Yes campaign last December and critical comments on it. David Bell will introduce the discussion by presenting a short paper. He will summarise and assess the economic arguments advanced by the two sides.
The intention behind the event is to elicit reliable information about the merits of the cases for and against independence.

Please note that on this occasion refreshments will not be provided: the caterers are not permitted to serve food and drink in lecture theatres. However, teas and coffees can be bought from the nearby booth at the main entrance from the Car Park.
